Application Development Project

I worked on an application development project while working in Tata Consultancy Services. I was looking into the release management process. My work was to plan and communicate release windows and release schedules to Stakeholders and facilitate teams to finalize the release scope and complete the testing and rollout within the specified time frame. I used tools like JIRA, Service Now, and Azure DevOps.

I used to discuss with stakeholders to create a user storyboard for releases and get approval from leadership for the release. Once approved, I asked the QA team to test and get the final report in JIRA.

Once I get a test user acceptance, I plan to deploy the release. I used to create deployment plans and change requests in Service Now and wait for technical, leadership, security, and TechOps approval.

Once I receive all the approvals, I ask DevOps to deploy the code in production.
